Memorandum of Understanding \/ MoU<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cMemorandum\u201d) is concluded for the purpose of establishing mutual understanding and developing partnership relations between the following parties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> O\u00dc Amps Income<\/strong>, registered in Tallinn, Estonia, represented by an authorized representative acting under the Articles of Association, hereinafter referred to as \u201cO\u00dc Amps Income\u201d<\/strong>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2<\/strong>. [Name of the Partner Company],<\/strong> registered in [country], represented by an authorized representative, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPartner\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREAMBLE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This agreement is concluded between two parties \u2014 a company providing accounting and tax consulting services as well as graphic design, and an organization specializing in developing digital skills for adults within educational and support programs.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Parties, recognizing the importance of digitalization, professional growth, and sustainable development, express their willingness to combine efforts to create and promote integrated solutions that bring together financial literacy, creativity, and digital competencies.
The foundation of cooperation is mutual benefit, respect for each party\u2019s professional expertise, and the shared aspiration to expand educational and consulting opportunities for a broad audience. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

OBJECTIVES OF COOPERATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Parties have agreed to develop their partnership in the following areas:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Creation and implementation of joint educational programs combining elements of accounting, tax literacy, graphic design, and digital tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Organization of joint seminars, webinars, master classes, and courses for various target groups (adults, entrepreneurs, NGOs, youth, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Development of informational and educational materials using visual and digital solutions;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Promotion of digital literacy and entrepreneurial thinking among the population, with a focus on accessibility and practical application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Exchange of professional knowledge and resources between specialists of both organizations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participation in national and international projects, grants, and partnership initiatives aimed at developing competencies and digital inclusion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Joint promotion of brands and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      O\u00dc Amps Income undertakes to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Provide the Partner with up-to-date information on its educational, consulting, and digital initiatives, available services, and opportunities for participation; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Inform the Partner about key events such as forums, exhibitions, training programs, international projects, and networking activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Facilitate the promotion of the Partner and its activities within its own educational and business platforms, as well as through professional communities, including at the international level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The Partner undertakes to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Actively participate in the preparation and implementation of joint events, educational projects, and other initiatives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Adhere to the principles of mutual respect, confidentiality, and preservation of the business reputation of the parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Contribute to the development of the partnership by proposing ideas, resources, and initiatives that strengthen cooperation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Provide necessary information, reporting, and feedback on time within the framework of joint projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          TERM OF VALIDITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          This Memorandum enters into force on the date of its signing by both parties and remains valid for one year. <\/strong>The validity period may be extended by mutual written agreement of the parties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The Parties shall strive to resolve all disputes through negotiations and mutual consultations. In case a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of Estonia.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          LEGAL STATUS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          This Memorandum does not constitute a legally binding agreement but expresses the Parties\u2019 intentions to develop cooperation. All specific obligations, including financial commitments, shall be subject to separate negotiation and formalized within separate agreements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • The Parties recognize the need for regular communication and mutual information exchange on the progress of joint initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • All amendments and additions to this Memorandum shall only be valid if made in writing and signed by both parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
